Hey you..
You know all those parts you hide away. The ones you think are so ugly that no one could ever love. That you cover thinking if we saw them we would run. You’re wrong. We see you! We hear you, and we love you! You are beautiful in your truth. You were brought through your story for a reason. Maybe there were times that it didn’t feel like it and maybe it still doesn’t, but it’s naught for naught. You are inspiring people you don’t even know. You don’t know it but maybe there’s a checker at the store he saw you years ago broke and strung out and he is inspired by your growth. He sees you and you don’t even know it! You are changing lives and you have no clue the ripple effect you have created. What you do matters, and what you don’t do matters.
It’s easy to hold anger, frustration, bitterness, and sadness. That’s exactly what the enemy wants you to do! Those emotions will keep you stuck eating you from the inside out. Making you believe that however it is right now in this moment is how it has to be. He wants you to give up. I’ll tell you why! The moment you decide you are worthy of life, of love, of grace, and eternity you flip a switch not only in your mind, but on your life as a whole. You step into the light of grace and find that all of those emotions you were allowing to trap you were just that, a trap, a cage built by the enemy tailored to you for your personal comfort. As you walk into the light in faith you learn we are all here together. I’m not better than you are, and you aren’t better than I. We are all humans living a human experience that is very different, but ironically the same in that we all address the same spectrum of emotions throughout our individual lives. Making us whole, making us human, making us humanity. Believe in all that you are and all that you aren’t. Believe in your growth. Believe that God will bring people and places into your life for a reason and always be kind. Go slay this day!

A love that is so powerful that God is the only one that understands. That people see from afar and can just tell we were written in the stars. A love that will take my hand unfazed by society as we walk in light. One that will pray over me and our children only to make me his each night. One that knows that I’m perfectly imperfect and loves me even more because I’m me rather than a carbon copied “she”. A love beyond the stars greater than this galaxy has ever seen. A best friend, a teammate of my own. The one that can read my mind by the look on my face wherever we may roam. A love to make me laugh when my light feels dim. One that will remind me God made me for him and show me each day how precious he believes I am. A lover of communication in all of it’s forms so that we connect on every level possible smitten beyond this world. This is the love God has created for me. This is the man I’ll adore. This is a love from the Lord.
